Campaign Story

My name is Gia (39) and I met my husband (38) back in 2008 and I immediately fell for him. His kindness is what drew me and and his understanding and patience is what has kept us together. I knew I wanted a family with him but I also knew I wanted to wait a while. who knew it would lead to a later diagnosis and us running out of time. when the doctors told me that the reason I can’t get pregnant is because my tubes are blocked I immediately took all of the blame. mostly because it was my fault and some because i didnt want him to ever bear that kind of pain.Infertility has been so hard on me knowing that I can’t do anything to make it better but it also on him because he can’t fix it or even take that kind of pain away. I have watched my friends and family have children and even people so much younger have a family and honestly it has gotten to the point I can’t sit by and do nothing. this is our last try to get IVF to atleast try once to have a baby. I’d hate to loose out on everything I ever dreamed of.
